You get what you paid for! (Avoid product)

I don't like that this stereo doesn't have 2 extra inputs to connect an amplifier. It only comes with one and one for the subwoofer, so you're basically SOL if you add a 4-channel amp for the treble. Now the second piece of missing information about this device is the blue wire. The performance of the antenna ๐Ÿค” is written on the device itself and on the cable itself. Sorry, but I'm definitely skipping that.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Very weak folding mechanism

After receiving the device, I tested it on my desktop for performance. It seemed to work well, although the screen mechanism definitely seemed a bit slow. When first installed the screen got stuck when opening and after that it wouldn't close or open anymore. Technically this was never used in my car because it broke so easily. I replaced it with a pioneer folding device, it works fine but costs 5 times more; At least it works.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Connection issues

I loved the single DIN touchscreen. I like to save space and not draw too much attention to my cars. This setup let me down in terms of connectivity. I couldn't use my iPhone with it. Not via Bluetooth or USB cable. The whole point of the upgrade was to go wireless and the only way I could use my iPhone with this radio was with an auxiliary cable. I spent about two hours trying to connect to bluetooth, nothing worked.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • No

The radio looks great in our Tahoe

The radio looks great in our Tahoe. My only complaint is that the time on the stereo changes from time to time and gets back to the correct time after a few minutes. It's a minor hiccup, but still a little annoying. Otherwise I have no complaints. The Bluetooth capability is what made me buy this stereo in the first place, and of course I'm surprised by the sound quality from a stereo that doesn't cost more than $250. I will definitely recommend this device to my friends.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Zero

Never buy Revain Soundstream products. No guarantee!

When I first turned on this Sounstream flip screen, it stayed on for a minute or two, then the screen folded and turned off for a few seconds and then back on. It continues to do this 2-4 times per mile in city traffic. Even it only works with a reversing camera. DO NOT BUY any Sound Stream product as they do not guarantee their products! It's cost me a professional install, it's cost me a professional removal, and they refuse to guarantee their product after only a few minutes in the car.

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Expensive

Great quality and looks very cool!

I bought the brothers a Dodge pickup. I was a little nervous about buying a cheap head unit as I tend to stick with popular names (Pioneer, Alpine etc.). My brother was on a tight budget so that was all he could afford. Wow, I'm always impressed! For the price he paid for it, it was definitely worth it! It looks, feels and plays like a quality radio. I like that it's smooth and durable. Bluetooth works great! We didn't connect a reversing camera, so I can't comment on that. He liked it so muchโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons

If I could turn back time I wouldn't buy it!

All these features for this price! To be too good to be true! Well it is. I'd rather have fewer features that are better implemented than all the features that perform at a mediocre level. In fact, the deck has a very simple and boring face. The screen is solid, doesn't wobble when driving like I thought, even when you press on it. Blue backlight, can't change color but isn't too bright and not too bright. Now for the things I don't like as I've only used Pioneer decks so far and my point isโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure
