About cost: Electric

Almost half the price of the big stores. Yes, I'm looking at you in the blue and orange shops! It's a little tricky to work with, but only because it's solid 10/3 copper. Will buy again if needed.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons

I used this to connect 3k/6k.

I used this to hook up a 3k/6k 220v electric heater in my shed. It was a very short run from the 30 amp circuit breaker. So far I haven't had any problems with this wire due to the special requirements of the wire.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

The brand that made non-metallic cables famous

And yet it's not what it used to be. The jacket is less durable, the conductors are stiffer and they cost much more than Romex's famous cables. And I personally would prefer it if it was white, gray or black.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Lots of things

As advertised and at half the purchase price on site.

It took me 35 feet to hook up the clothes dryer. It was exactly as advertised. It arrived quickly and was almost half the price of buying just 35ft locally. Nothing more to say - got exactly what I needed and expected and the price was right.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons

However the product I received was NOT as pictured

This item met my needs well but the item I received was NOT as pictured. I don't care, but lest others be surprised, you can unwrap 50 feet of wire. They probably just cut and shipped 50 feet of the larger spool of wire.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Incredible price

It's exactly what you would expect, half the price at the big stores

These are exactly the same Romex 10/3 wires you can get at the big stores, but at half the price (at the time of this review). ). It's pretty stiff at 10/3, but if you need a wire that big then you probably already know what to expect and how to work with it. No complaints.

Pros
  • A few competitors
Cons
  • Not trendy

Good quality copper wire

This is an USA made heavy gauge wire suitable for 240V applications such as: Big box hardware stores, but surprisingly, Revain's prices were about half what the stores were charging for an identical product. It's worth comparing prices.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Suitable for

Romex branding and shrink wrap - thumbs up

Some customers have mentioned receiving wire ends with no retail packaging. Mine just arrived and was fully sealed and labeled as shown in the product image (Romex brand, a kaleidoscope of two blue, orange and white). Not that it affected the quality, but I wanted to share my experience with those who have this question.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Fragile

I will buy more if I need.

The cheapest conductor I could find for my home electrical system. Copper has risen in price and it looks like local hardware stores are benefiting. This wire was just as good as anything I've bought but not as expensive. I was afraid that the insulation would be worse or the resistance higher, but that's not the case. I will buy more if needed.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Correct inventory sticker on wrong product

I ordered 10/3 with bottom. What I got twice is 10/2 with ground. The manufacturer's packaging clearly says "10/2". The problem is a small barcode inventory sticker that I believe Revain puts on. This little sticker that you can see and read in the attached photos says "50ft 10/3" which is what I ordered. However, someone put this sticker on a 50ft 10/2 package. The picker comes by with his Telzon gun or other inventory scanner, scans the barcode sticker and the gun says it's the right product.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
