As a nurse I wash my hands constantly and when I don't I use an alcohol foam. It just ruins my skin. I found this cream mild but didn't turn my hands into an oil pit. I also really like the very light scent. I wish there were other scents in the hand cream. Oh, I use serum too.

The texture is thick and soothing. Smells divine. Used on hands and feet. The tube lasted about a month. I want it to be more accessible.
