I have very, very dry hands because I work in the medical field and wash my hands a hundred times a day. I wanted to try something specific to moisturize my hands, so I tried the Sparitual Body Care Hand Serum. I applied two pumps to the back of my hand as directed in the instructions and massaged the skin. The serum is thick but absorbs quickly into the skin leaving hands so soft and smooth. This is my first hand serum and it is worth it. This hand serum from Sparitual is fantastic. It comes in a small pump dispenser that looks pretty classy. When you use it you notice the awesome citrus scent it has. They also say cardamom but I have no idea how it's supposed to smell and I caught something else but I'm not sure if it was cardamom. I love this product! Absorbs quickly. Nice subtle scent. I use it alone when I can't get my hands to stick with hand cream, but I also love wearing it under hand cream for a lovely wintertime hand moisturizer!
