4 wires weren't long enough on my 454 big block, oe connector harness crossed with this set and they weren't long enough, may work better on small block but definitely not big block

Cables are shorter than standard. Regardless of the configuration, I ran 1 wire short and had to use the old wire to finish the job until I could get the prop length. This was for a 7.4 MPI Mercruiser.

Delivery and service are excellent although the cables are of poor quality I think it's ok for the money but the plastic is flimsy the conductor looks like aluminum or else, my doubts this product in the last queue on the boat.

Fit these wires to my 5.7 Mercruiser Engine ran horribly without all the wires Resistance was over 50000 Engine ran horribly Bought new Sierra kit Engine ran perfect and these wires are too short

Asked for a refund last week. Those are good plug wires, but they're too short for the Mercruiser 454. I think they sent me the wrong ones. I'm still waiting for an answer to return it. I already bought another set from someone else. They fit great and are the right length.

Coil leads shown (lower lead in picture) and one of the spark plug leads. The spark plug wire may not be long enough to reach one of the spark plugs. The number 8 comes closest and doesn't quite fit in the middle. I'm not sure if this is an error in the kit I received or if it's an error in the description and it's a different type of ignition. I have a Mercruiser 5.7 Thunderbolt ignition as per the description.
