First of all, life is much easier with a microphone at work. I bought two different ones, one for Kentwood Raidos and one for Motorola Raidos as my workplace has both. The audio is good, the up button works on both mics. For the money this mic is worth, it's worth making life easier. Good product!

I recently bought a Baofeng BF-F8HP and a Baofeng handheld microphone that should come with it. Unfortunately, Baofeng's handheld microphone didn't turn on the radio. I sent it back and bought it and it works great! It has a pleasant weight and feels good in the hand. The speaker on it sounds better than the radio and the audio reports are good too. If you have Baofeng radio, get this handheld microphone! It's a bit more expensive, but it's worth it!
