Premium Brown Leather Men's Belts with Specialist Nickel Accessories Review

My job is to go through a metal detector at least once a day. Therefore, finding a belt without a sound signal is simply necessary. Having tried several cheaper options, this is absolutely the best! After wearing my first belt daily for about 3 months, the buckle broke. Mike was amazing to deal with. All I had to do was send him the belt and a few days later a new buckle was fitted to the belt. Now a year later. No problem! I'm actually buying a second one. Just because I need a different size!

For a $90 belt I expected a better quality of leather - this leather is durable and lightweight. I have belts that are half the price and have softer, firmer leather. The carbon fiber is ok but not the highest quality. However, this is the only US-made release strap that I can use during airport security (a daily occurrence for me). All in all, this is a good belt. It's comfortable and fits just right. The buckle design is cool and lighter than the normal buckle. I am only deducting one star because this does not meet TSA requirements as stated on their website. You still have to take it off because the scanners detect "density" (according to TSA agents), not metal. So, I like this belt just as much, but it just doesn't match what I bought it for.

This buckle is awesome! This is real carbon fiber! No fake overlay like cheap fakes. The leather is well made and very comfortable with a solid leather strap. No Patchwork! . Again, no fakes! The leather has a nice flat surface that makes the buckle stand out! I've been wearing this for a few months now and apparently the nickel doesn't cause any rashes and the strength and durability is fantastic. Although I haven't worn it for just a few days, it seems much stronger than that plastic belt, which falls apart instantly. I will buy another model after wearing it for a long time! Looks very good.

My nickel-free belt passed TSA metal detectors while my old belts didn't. Very happy with it and the quality of the belt.

This is the second belt I've bought from No Nickel and my son loves it. He is allergic to all metals apart from his nickel allergy and with this carbon fiber shovel he will no longer get a stomach ache. Take one size larger than your pant size and you will get a perfect fit. I highly recommend this belt.

This is a quality belt with subtle stitching and genuine leather. It won't win any beauty awards as it is a very simple looking belt where functionality is more important than fashion but it does what it is supposed to as there is no metal in the product. It's well made, looks good and doesn't trigger a security alarm. Although it's very hard, my dog was able to chew off part of the buckle. Customer service was very personable and was quick to help me send it in for a replacement buckle.

I fly weekly for business and do a TSA pre-clearance. The only thing that has always bothered me, while I enjoy doing a TSA pre-check, is that I always had to deal with the hassle of removing the strap. I really like this belt but am very disappointed with how I was told to measure the size. I did exactly what they recommend and I'm at the last hole in my belt. Since I'm still losing weight, that's going to be a problem now. So much money for a belt that I don't have to drill new holes.

I have to go through a metal detector in my suit half a dozen times a day, so I was happy to find a decent sling that didn't have to be removed repeatedly. However, it's still about $15-$20 more than it should be.

TSA scanner error. Useless in airports, glows like a Christmas tree on TSA scanners. Lost $100 if a regular $20 belt would have done the same.

Ordered this belt for the carbon fiber buckle and overall look. I don't have to film this at TSA checkpoints. Very happy with the use of durable leather that is not too stiff but just right. The tan was done right and looks amazing.

Hornless belt, metal free and durable. A bit pricey, but given the lack of truly comparable alternatives, that's understandable.

My friend liked the quality of the belt but he never uses brown belts. I bought him a black one, Amazon says black, a box of a Nickel Smart says black, but twice in a row (and not the same belt because I kept it when I returned it) the belt was brown on the inside.

This is the most money I've spent on a belt, but as I travel quite a bit and work at the airport, I find it convenient NOT to have the belt removed through TSA. When I wore a regular belt, the metal detector would sometimes turn off and sometimes not. It was hit or miss. Now I never have to worry about it again. I'm sure the leather on this belt will last and I hope the buckle will too. I wish the warranty was longer, just for peace of mind.

Good quality non-metallic belt. The metal detector doesn't work which is nice. It's nice to know it's actually made in the USA. You can order two sizes larger than the pant size to have the belt holes conveniently placed so you can still use holes when you gain or lose weight.

I ordered it for my husband who wears size 40 pants. The size 40 belt fits him perfectly and he loves the carbon fiber. I bought him this belt because he is allergic to nickel.
