Great aluminum core, no leaks, use OEM clamps and gaskets instead.

Fits like OEM, heats well, bonus for all aluminum designs. There are no leaks. Tech tip: Purchase an OEM clamp/gasket kit from your Audi/VW dealer. The brackets and gaskets that come with this heater core are junk.

Pros
  • Spare parts
Cons
  • old

Works perfectly. Installed in less than an hour on a 2003 A4

Works great. Installed on a 2003 A4 in less than an hour, the heat is nice and hot again. Suitable for b6 and b7 models. Tip: Do not use the o-rings included in the kit. They are too big and it is almost impossible to repair the hose connection. Reuse old ones or buy directly from the dealer. For the price it couldn't be better.

Pros
  • Engine Cooling and Air Conditioning
Cons
  • Having problems

Works fine on my 03 1.8t A4, I've got a fever again!

Fits perfectly on my 03 1.8t A4, complete with new gaskets and clamps. I recommend using new gaskets and clamps, but reusing the socket head cap screws from the old clamps. It's hard to explain, but it's a lot easier to use Allen screws than Phillips screws as you'll need every free hand you can get. It's a pain to install in @@@ though. Much luck

Pros
  • Heater
Cons
  • Cable shorter than others
