Best quality for this money.

I need a diff oil change on my 05 f150 5.4L and Specter supplied! Great products and looks good, although I thought it was a matte silver it's more of a shiny silver close to chrome. Fits perfectly and comes with a gasket.

Poor quality replacement parts

I am reviewing 6 months later. When I installed I knew this thing was cheap but bought it anyway for the price but now I regret it. The whole thing is already a rusty brown-red. Hope it's not that bad inside. It will soon be upgraded to one that holds more liquid with cooling fins.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Not the best

I've never…

Yes, the screws are too long

The included screws are too long, about 1/16 inch (because the OEM cover metal is a bit thicker) Solution? Put an extra washer under the bolt head, but try to find chrome ones. Most bike shops sell these, I believe it's 1/4 inch. I'm very glad I didn't tighten those long screws. I see where someone can break them. I learned a long time ago that when capping things like this (valve caps too) I never hold the racquet by the end of the handle, I always do the final tightening with my hand almost…
