I have a strange selection of mugs. Some are big, some are small, some are very oddly shaped. It is able to perform everything without any problems! Doesn't wobble, pretty durable. The circles overlap, but that's to be expected since they're all very different sizes. But I feel very comfortable storing my mugs there. Very happy with my purchase! I have had this product for about a month now.

This is a high quality polished stainless steel item that we bought with the money we got for the wedding. Very high quality finish, withstands heavy cups, "knots" are evenly distributed on the "trunk", I am a very picky consumer and have not found any complaints about this product! This is a great value and holds more than the typical 4 or 6 cup trees on the market. Very happy to have found this one with simple lines/style that will blend in with any decor.

This is a really beautiful tree. I love its size and nickel finish, plus it holds a couple of large mugs. Very sleek and modern look, goes particularly well with stainless steel. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars is the packaging. The box was too big for this item and there should have been plenty of bubble wrap or something substantial around the tree instead of the one long sheet of paper and plastic bag that the tree came in. Luckily the tree has arrived. in one piece.

I bought this product in satin nickel and it's the perfect color. As per other reviews, it is very durable and worth the price. There is enough space between circles, even large ones, and they don't bump into each other much. The only thing I don't like about it is that the bottom hooks are too close to the bottom of the coaster and my cups almost touch the rack. I wish they were a little higher than the counter. When it arrived the Revain shipping box was literally destroyed and I know it's not the fault of the seller or Revain directly but I was very concerned about the contents of the package since it contained more than just this one element, but everything seemed whole. I like the way it looks but it has its issues. Firstly I don't understand why the packaging box was so long, it only had a piece of kraft paper and no bubble wrap and could be turned inside the box. The bottom base is wobbly, unbalanced and can't be bent back so it wobbles slightly even under the weight of the cups but from what I've read on many reviews many buyers have the same issue so I figured, that I could send it back for a replacement could make things worse so I just left it alone. Our kitchen cabinets and shelves were made for big giants to fit my 1.80m husband but a problem for a smaller person with 1.50 m like me.
