I bought the Speedo Women's Life Guard short sleeve rash guard for my wife to wear to the pool. This will remind the kids who's boss! It is made of high quality nylon and is true to size. It's also a good sunscreen of 70 SPF.

This shirt fits close to the body, which is what I wanted because I don't need a flowing shirt in the swimming pool. I ordered the medium and usually get the large in shirts. It definitely saved me from burns on my shoulders and forearms. I burn easily but can't use most sunscreen, this shirt solves that problem. It's well done. Dries fast.

We are going on a beach vacation and I wanted a rash guard to protect me from the sun as we will be spending so many days at the beach. It's very comfortable but fits more than I expected.
