SPI 1050522 Sailboat Doorstop Review

Probably works great on carpet, but on tile or hardwood floors it glides across the floor and doesn't hold the door open.

The product received does not look like the original photo. The quality of the casting is much worse than pictured, distorted and rough.

I was sent the wrong doorstop. They sent me a frog sitting on a stack of books reading with adorable glasses on his nose. It was the wrong doorstop but I don't mind because I love it!

My sailboat came to me in 2 days, it was beautifully packaged! I just love it, it's the perfect size, looks stylish and does the job. There is a thin pad on the bottom so it doesn't scratch the floor, so glad I found it!

As a doorstop. It serves its purpose and is heavy as I was hoping so it really keeps the door open. I put some self-adhesive felt on the side that will be against the door so as not to scratch the paint on the door.

We installed a whole house fan in our house and as soon as it was turned on the doors started slamming as the air sucked them in. This doorstop works well and fits securely between the carpet and our doors. Stylish look. The size is a bit small but works well, wish it was about 2 inches bigger. But overall I would buy it again!

Good weight, looks very nice. You may need to adjust the bottom panel a bit and you can add felt on the back to keep the doors from "banging" on it. We use this to keep the door to the baby's room almost closed when he's sleeping. Our dog usually comes in to check on him and the door slammed when he hit it after walking past.

Just perfect for our basement door, we need to keep the door open for our cat to get to her crate quickly; but the kitchen tiles are brand new and the dogs are chasing the cat and my lovely doorstop has had a ton knocked over and I can't let my tiles get hurt! SO. now it holds the door and decorates my sea kitchen more. Very heavy little piece and looks just like the picture. Very pretty! LOVE IT!
