Spigen MacBook Touch TrackPad Protector Review

easy to apply. I bought it for my 2017 15" MacBook Pro. It's been almost 6 months since I put this on the touchpad and I can't even tell it's there. I think that makes it easier to get over to slide the touchpad when your fingers are sweaty or wet.

It was a total disappointment. Spigen makes great products, this is not one of them. Quality at its finest"fur". After applying it doesn't look very good. It leaves blank spots on the trackpad and touchpad, and the fact that it's made of plastic makes it cheap and easy to wrinkle.

I wouldn't use alcohol wipes on the Touch Bar any more than I would on a MacBook Pro 15 (2017) screen. Alignment easier than expected (Touchpad) I don't like the feel of the coating when swiping the touchpad. It's okay to touch icons and short gestures (like volume or brightness).

I've been using it for more than 8 months. It's thin enough, but I'd suggest you buy a screen protector as well. Otherwise, spots will appear on the screen. And it can damage the screen. At first, the finger doesn't move as smoothly as if it weren't moving. But after using it for about 6 months, it will become smoother.

Incredibly easy to install if you follow the instructions. A very nice addition to my touchpad MBP. The only thing keeping this product from a 5 star rating is the matte finish which is not smooth like a glass touchpad. I'll miss how smooth and light the touch bar's glass was, but I'm glad it's scratch-resistant.

I found it fairly easy to install the touchpad protector and am happy with it. However, the trackpad protection wasn't worth it. Everyone said there were bubbles and there were definitely a lot of them. Also, it was really difficult to remove compared to other protectors I've had. I'm not very happy with it, but it needs to be done for now.

To be honest I'm not particularly impressed. One of the touchpad protectors was wrinkled and didn't stick, so I settled on one. The trackpad protective pad has a crease in the middle, and there is a huge bubble in the middle where the crease is. They really should improve the packaging to avoid folds and creases. I'll say that, I really like the matte finish but I wouldn't recommend buying it. I wonder why they include 2 touchpad protectors when you only need one.

I would say that this product was ah. It provides a layer of protection for your touchpad and trackpad, but doesn't quite match the austerity of a MacBook. It has a very matte finish that detracts from the sharpness of the touchpad screen and the shine of the aluminum trackpad. If you have a MacBook Pro, be sure to buy it with a keyboard protector.
