I have a little 17 month old girl who weighs about 20 pounds and I ordered a pair of these for her in a size 18-24 months. They are a little loose around her waist but when I tuck in the waist they stay in place with no issues and are easy to pin down to the right length. The material is very thin so a great little pant for warm weather but not the best for cold days.
