🍃 Spode Woodland Rectangular Placemats Set: Perfect Table Setting & Decorative Touch Review

I am very pleased with Spode Woodland hardboard napkins. I have long admired this pattern; The price on Revain was spot on so I made the purchase. The soft colors of the Woodland theme are a warm invitation to take a seat at any Harvest table. I highly recommend these towels.

I have several sets of Pimpernel wipes that have held up well over the years. I recently ordered three sets. One sentence is a template and two sentences is another template. They smell like they've been soaked in petroleum. I aired them out in the garage for a few days but the smell lingered. I don't know what happened to their quality control other than it's gone now. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in Pimpernel.

Very disappointed. I grew up with these napkins. My whole extended family used them. I didn't grow up with that. Bird images were washed out and looked cheaply reproduced. But what broke the deal was the toxic chemical smell upon opening. I can understand a little outgassing when unpacking something for the first time.
