I bought this long sleeve shirt for my daughter who needed this shirt to wear in her school jazz band for concerts. My daughter is 12 and I read other reviews that the shirt ran a little small so I decided to buy a size up just to be on the safe side. I bought size 16 which fit my daughter perfectly and wasn't too long but fit her perfectly. I would recommend ordering at least the next size up so it fits your fist properly. Ordered pink and lavender for my twin boys Easter outfit. The pink came unbuttoned, rolled up like a rag, and stuffed into a plastic bag. In addition, the material is quite hard and it is difficult to smooth out all the creases. The lavender arrived as a new shirt, folded and put in the company bag, and the material is very soft. However, one sleeve is longer than the other. Since Easter is so close and these are the colors I want, I'm keeping them. But I will never order this brand again.

Bought for a high end maintenance job that required me to have a shirt pocket which is almost non-existent for women in general.
