St James of London Mandarin and Patchouli Post Shave Gel - 3.4 Fluid Ounces Review

I love the subtle smell of this gel. I use it as a deodorant under my arms as many other products irritate my skin and/or bother me when I smell them all day. It smells so good and yet quite subtle, even when it's intended to be used as an aftershave.

After buying a perfume that we were disappointed in, I foolishly thought that aftershave gel could be better. I love patchouli and the smell of oranges, both scents are very distinctive. We didn't feel any patchouli or tangerine in this fragrance at all. I should have cut my losses after the cologne, but the reviews convinced me otherwise.

My husband bought this aftershave because it was advertised as patchouli. Patchouli is practically not felt in it, but it is very light and pleasant, not at all intrusive. He also likes the smoothness of the gel. He would definitely buy it again!
