📷 Enhanced Stability: SMONET 16 Channel Video Surveillance System with 5MP Security Cameras & 2TB Hard Drive - Remote Viewing, Night Vision Review

The system works fine, but only the HDMI monitor works. I tried to connect the Dell monitor model: E170SB to the VGA port but it says the resolution is not supported. I need to install this, what VGA monitor will it support? I think it should really support any basic computer monitor, but Dell doesn't.

I've had this item for a few months now. Night vision on the camera sucks, you can't see anything. I can't connect to my WiFi network. If I had known then what I know now, I would never have spent the money. This is rubbish and I will look for another system. The one I had was great, but the hard drive failed and I figured I'd just update everything. Boy what a mistake. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy it. I was looking for a larger hard drive for my business. I believe this brand has 16 channels and a 2TB hard drive which is exactly what I want. Easy to set up and the picture is very clear. But the first DVR I had had playback issues, after calling support they sent me a new one and it's working fine now. Customer service was good and I would recommend the SMONET brand. . I've had several systems but this is by far the worst. Horizontal noise seeps through almost all cameras, quality is poor at night, and two cameras have already deteriorated - one in black and white during the day and the other as if looking through a green filter. Forget the cloud. This won't happen to you even if you contact customer service who doesn't get back to you until 9pm. Forget phone notifications! You have to change your email account to Gmail and it still doesn't work! Get ready to reformat the flash drive to Fat 32 on your PC.
