Just got this in the mail and am very impressed! They look just like online and I feel like they exceeded all expectations for the packaging! I was afraid I would get a box of broken glass and I'm so glad that didn't happen! Haven't used them yet but will as soon as my coffee is brewed! The only thing I will say is that they are not as thick as I expected, I thought they were heavier than they are. But whatever, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I drink 2-3 cups a day and these mugs are great. I love that they can be stacked and easily washed in the dishwasher without worrying about them breaking. I've washed it in the dishwasher 3-4 times since buying it and no problems. They feel light and can break, but I haven't had any accidents with them. They help keep my coffee a little warm, definitely more so than a regular mug, but not as much as a fully insulated mug with a lid, which shouldn't come as a surprise. I've even warmed up coffee
