Ideal! My review

I'm so glad I read the reviews and ordered a size down as recommended. Grandson usually wears 1.5 and I ordered 13.5 and they fit perfectly! These are very pretty shoes and our grandson loved them which is saying a lot as he is a picky little chap!

The size is smaller! - My review

My son wears a 4 1/5 or 5 but we went a size 3 with this shoe and it still frays a bit but fits great. It is very pretty and good quality but will definitely go down about 2 sizes.

Good quality shoes

I bought this for my son for his upcoming wedding and I was pleasantly surprised. They are true to size, comfortable (according to my son) and look great!

ALWAYS TOO BIG

These are really nice shoes! Unfortunately the size was too big - about three or four sizes up - hence I gave 2 stars. After the third try, decreasing the size each time, I finally gave up because the last pair was still too big.

You look beautiful - run big.

Our son received many compliments on these ring holder shoes at a recent wedding. They are inexplicably oversized by a magnitude of 0.5 to 1.

Nice shoes, big size!

Order one size smaller, trust me! My child is a size 7, I ordered a size 6 and they fit perfectly with room to grow! Beautiful shoes😍

Disappointed

Nice shoes but they sent me a size bigger than I ordered. Too big for my son's foot. The box said "size 1" but inside were size 2 shoes. They were for a wedding in a week. I hope to find another pair before the big day. Thank you for throwing the ball.

Model shoes for tall and wide. Wrinkles easily

My 6 1/2 year old son wears a 1 1/2 and I went down a 1/2 size based on other reviews and they were still very large and wide. I had to go back, I really wanted them to work because my husband bought the same style for men. I had to get another pair that came close to (exact size). I think they're probably best for boys starting at age 10 because looking at the size I got (1) they definitely look like they're made for an 8 year old or older fit boys.

Perfect fit for children's shoes, go one size down.

I usually buy shoes from Florsheim Kids but they don't have black shoes with brown soles. It's hard to find quality kids' dress shoes (I'm a woman so I have to resort to boy's sizes). I have a similar pair of Steve Maddens that have the sole painted to mimic the texture of wood (see picture for example) but they are real wood and not painted on the heel. I still prefer the Florsheim because they are real leather and have memory foam insoles, but this is a good alternative. They are really big…
