Doesn't match the size I think

The shoes were too big. Ordered a size 12 (NOT UNDER SIZE) and it still fits a size 13. My husband now has a pair of shoes that he cannot wear. 60 bucks down the drain. Can't return. The return period has expired.

The shoes are advertised as women's shoes but are actually men's shoes.

I was looking for a nice pair of plaid sneakers, stumbled upon them and bought them in my usual size 7. They are advertised as women's shoes but I am a men's size 7 and quite a size difference. I'm so disappointed because I really liked them but I have no choice, I'm sending them back. These are beautiful, good quality shoes which description should be accurate.

I like the color but size 14 is too big.

I really liked the shoes, I have never seen shoes in this color. I'll be waiting for a size 13 so haven't had a chance to wear it and will be sending it back the next day. Please let me know when size 13 is available. Many Thanks.
