Leaks, confusing setup

Very upset about the customization of this product. He claims no problem but there are parts missing from the instructions so I have no idea where to put them. And I can't make it flow I've tried everything, extra teflon, rubber rings in different places and the biggest rubber ring has already ripped a bit and I haven't even used this showerhead. I've been trying to figure out how to set it up without leaks for 2 days now. I bought it based on the reviews but to be honest I'm not sure why…

Excellent relieves itching on the skin and scalp, but terrible water pressure.

I received this shower head about 4 months ago. I liked it at first! I've definitely noticed a difference with my itchy scalp and skin. Then I noticed that the water press was getting deeper and deeper. It started hurting my skin when it got in and now the water press is just bad. If I make it warmer or colder, it will change forever. I think it's actually the shower head. I took it off and put my old one back on (leaving most of the filter attached to the shower holder), the clamp was fine but

I showered with this item for the first time today. And wow, a white film usually remains on the skin after a shower. I am a male African American. So I have to apply lotion after showering. Otherwise my skin dries out and itches like crazy. Well I'm here to tell you. I don't need lotion and there is no white residue after showering. My skin feels completely different than before. Works well with well water.

Good filter for well water. We live in a well with very acidic water so we need to use an acid neutralizer and water softener to condition our water.
