Less great over time.

Very strong but not very effective after a month. At first they were so great! I attached my sons swing to this in July, but after a month the ropes twist about a foot before the swivel actually rotates. I'll live through this to see if it helps, but I've been pretty careless.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Ok

4 out of 5 points. The vortex may need oil. It's very sticky.

I used them to hang heavy bags in my home boxing gym and one worked fine for the rotating part, the other is very sticky and I think it might be on the weight water bag lie. However, this should not be based on the declared weight. I'll add 3 in 1 oil and see if that helps.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Something different

I won't buy any other. It will be replaced with something else.

Used to prevent the hammock from spinning tightly in the wind. Everything worked fine but the bearings jammed and the hammock was still spinning. We never had more than 500 pounds on this hammock, mostly small children, and the metal broke. Luckily he gave up when I climbed on him and ended up bruising his bum and ego, not either of the kids.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Spinners do not spin freely when loaded

I bought this for my daughter to hang so she can stand and jump on her trampoline and so her swing can spin. When I held the spinner in my hand it worked perfectly. But when I loaded the spinner with a child's weight, a little under 40kg, the spinner caught and would not spin freely. It actually became a strangulation hazard as the swing ropes twisted and became taut. I received a refund.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • crumpled

strong and easy to assemble but does not rotate under load

These swivel rings appear to be strong and durable. I installed them on my hanging chairs. I was looking for something that would allow the chairs to rotate when someone is sitting on them. Unfortunately, when you put weight on them, they don't spin at all. When the hanging chair is empty, the swivel joints work, which is useful on very windy days. There are other ball bearing products that will probably work better but cost many times more. So for the price it's ok.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Some issues
