Kai Blades are the best!

Excellent blades. I have just completed my 8th shave with the Kai blade and it was as clean and comfortable as the first. I can probably shave once or twice with this blade. While the price per blade is higher than most, the cost of one shave is quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged

The scalpel is sharp! the best razors and blades

WOW! These blades are sooo sharp, I'm amazed at how close I can shave. Razor type for a short time (only 3 months), I've tried a few different blades (Wilkenson and another - can't remember which). However, these KAI blades that I use deliver such a close shave that they really cannot be compared to any other. This is only my second KAI razor in the last three months. To be honest I didn't put a second one on until after the 1st month to see if there was a difference. Had not. The first blade…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No automatic

Scammed because KAI makes good products but this is not one of them.

If you spend that kind of money, buy Feder or Wilkinson sword blades (the ones from Germany, not India). It offers a close shave and unless you told me it was a Japanese Kai I believe it was one of the cheap Russian blades.

  • Good cause

Sharp blades, I would buy again.

Good razor, very sharp. It would probably be better if they had a logo engraved, for a premium brand I've always wondered why they don't brand them. It seems like it's easy to fake.

Pros
  • Certificate GOLS
Cons
  • Long

Below average performance at above average price

I tried these based on the rave reviews from many. I may have bought a B-stock but they didn't impress me. In terms of performance, they are average (3 stars). They came through on a second shave and didn't lend themselves to the repeated uses they were praised for. In fact, to get a decent shave from them I had to use Variant at 3 instead of my usual 2.5 setting. In view of the top price for this level of performance, I deduct one star (net 2 stars). In comparison, my $12,100 Personna shaves…

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

Super sharp blades, be extra careful

Super sharp blades require perfect technique from you. Take it slow and use a low setting when using an adjustable razor for those just starting out. Smooth results await you when you take the time and care with every shave.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Hack you face up in Men's

The blades are the worst blades I have ever shaved with. First, there are no inscriptions on the blades, they must be defective. I've tried shaving with new blades and both times my face was bruised. I've been using a double edge razor for a few years and this is what I get when I'm trying to save money.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • old
