Elegant fireplace! I like the two tone cover. Nice size and easy to install. The fire is delicate and the brightness can be adjusted. It doesn't look like a roaring, crackling flame, but it's not what I wanted. So it's perfect.

I've been looking for this and similar items for a long time to replace the heater in my husband's den. Some of the reviews made me a little nervous. People must be ridiculously picky. Some said the flames didn't look real. I do not agree! It is beautifully designed and adds a touch of elegance even to the man cave. We both love it and it heats up well. The price was fantastic for such a good product. I would love to have one in my living room too!

I first bought the 54 inch model for my family room. Loved it but the wall I was trying to put up covered the outlet. I carried it into the living room. Bought this one and it fits perfectly. It's easy to install. My family room is off my kitchen and looks lovely with my stainless steel appliances. Love it. I used a few ice crystals from the larger one instead of the pebbles that came with this one. I like it better

I was disappointed because I thought this electric fireplace had a different colored flame. I replaced the river stone with a crystal clear stone which I feel gives more of a "fire and ice" look. It makes a good focal point in the room. One heater should be enough to keep you warm on a chilly Northern California morning. I'm curious to see how much my electricity bill will increase next month. This will determine how much I will use it.

I love the look but it makes a weird spinning noise when turned on. Can't use it now because you can't mute the sound. UPDATE: GOOD ADVICE ON THE NOISE PROBLEM So I took the unit apart and played around with a few things. As I lifted the rotating mirrors, I noticed that the noise had stopped. So I put the plastic tube under the spinning arm, and so far she's been silent. I'll drive for a week and see if that's the case. See attached photos.

The unit was easy to mount on the wall. Two issues were noted: the bottom bracket bolts didn't go all the way in, and the anchor bolts felt flimsy for the weight of the unit. My main criticism is the looks. I didn't notice it at first, but part of the stainless steel front panel is covered in pot marks. They are clearly visible when the light falls on them from the side.
