I think these scissors are better for embroidery than sewing because of the size. I carry one in my watercolor travel kit and the other in my embroidery bag. The cover on both is nice and makes it safer to use in a bag.

Excellent quality scissors perfect for my small sewing case. I like the protective hood that protects me from very sharp objects. I gave the second pair to my granddaughter who found them perfect for cutting thread for crocheting in her projects. Much better than the big herks she used.

This is my second set of these scissors because they are so cool! My first group grew legs and moved to another part of the house. I was so annoyed by this that I immediately bought another set, which is strictly kept in the workshop. Super sharp and great for more than just fabric and paper. The price is more than justified for these wonderful scissors!

I especially like the way the cap fits on the orange scissors. Hold on with a rubber band. I hung the scissors on a string. With a hat on my head, I'm not afraid to stab myself with sharp scissors. There is also a file on one side of the hat. If I break a nail, I file it immediately. The scissors are sharp and work well for me. good value

good scissors. Bought these to carry a smaller pair on a hike. Extremely sharp and precise. The cap/protector is very good. I really like that it goes both ways. Seems like a minor thing, but my previous hiking shears only fit one way. It always hurt. My only complaint is that I wish the small pair were an awkward, fluorescent color like the larger pair. They would be easier to find in a dark backpack full of junk. Excellent scissors.
