The description says something about tires but there are no tires in that order. Only 3 spiral bolts per order. Each gem has a different size. When I opened this item it was used because it still had dry skin. Disgusting.

Two things: 1. Be careful, the gemstone will fall off the rod over time. Remember to tighten every few days.2. The "gold" finish turns silver after about a week of wear. Despite those two things, this product met my expectations for the price.

Bought in October 2017. I ended up just using the smallest ones because I like them a little and they're not that flashy. The other two parts of the hairpin were a bit too big. But I've been using this little one for over a year now! No questions. Beautiful decorations!

Perfect for my tragus piercing. I worked hard to keep the piercing from getting infected and waited almost two months to change the stud so I didn't want to put any jewelry in it. They are stainless steel so they are very easy to clean, I have not had any itching or other reactions to the metal, they are also very pretty.

The small one is the only one that really fits in your nose, the other two are very big. Was scared after reading other reviews saying the stone fell out. I had no problems and swam a lot. No discoloration, no irritation, just disappointed that the other two are virtually useless to me.

The only thing I have to say is that it's too long for a lob earring, but that's ok, it doesn't bother me and doesn't slip. The best earrings from another site, they are 14k gold with 3mm cubic zirconia and I paid about $40 for 2. Never buy them again if they look exactly like these - great value for money!

I have a triple helix in my left ear and for many years the small space made it very difficult to insert and remove jewelry. I saw them and I liked that they are rose gold. The internal screws were a lot easier to put in because instead of screwing in the back with my fat fingers, I could slide the pin through the back and then screw the gem into the pin! So less effort!
