According to the product description, no stainless steel! They are poorly galvanized or galvanized, and the threads are rough. Stainless steel doesn't even come close, nor is there a mark.

The clasp is very cheap and does NOT screw, it slips off the thread. The edges of the button itself are sharp and I cut my hand opening it. Not happy with these at all.

I bought these because they are advertised as stainless steel carabiners that will not rust. I was very disappointed that they completely rusted like crazy in just a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, they rust just as badly and just as quickly as any product that doesn't have anti-rust properties.

Excellent. Big. Extremely strong and durable. For use on four full size Tundra anchor points. Already have 5. Have ordered 5 more. Using multiple 1 1/2 inch ratchet straps for large loads is much easier on me and the straps (rubberized hooks) as each has its own attachment point. You need 3 in the back and 2 in the front. Ten total.

This product is large and looks well made. I don't think it's stainless steel though. My first clue is that it's plated with some kind of zinc. Second, it's magnetic. I understand that some grades of stainless steel are magnetic, but why coat when it's stainless steel that won't rust?

I wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered them for use at a few boat docks. Anything but aluminum or stainless steel rusts horribly in marine environments. They may be adequate for less demanding applications, but they're definitely not stainless steel. Also, they are definitely not rustproof as advertised. The seller returned the money.

Simply put, nowhere rustproof! They returned it because, even at the current price at the end of 2021, it was three times the cost of plain steel items here at Revain. What are the problems of returning such small items? Stay away from ESKONI, they are repeat offenders who charge innocent people the price of stainless steel and still deliver even a sad metal product. The galvanizing on the carabiners is also terrible, so we wouldn't even buy their steel offerings.
