I try to buy American products but this is the best product on the market and I recommend it without hesitation. Because stainless steel is lead free, unlike other "metal" or galvanized steel tags on the market. Plus, I took five photos in ten minutes with no hammer, dust, or tools. It was exceptionally easy. I just wish they were closer to the wall.

I almost didn't buy them because one review said they weren't at the right angle to stay in the wall like they should. Such a great price, I decided to risk it. The reviewer was right BUT all they need is a tiny squeeze and they work great for 1/10th the price of anything I could find at my local stores. I used them to finish two gallery walls in my house and if I used them all I would definitely buy more.

You really do get what you pay for. These are cheap imitations that absolutely don't work. They look like any other monkey hook, but once you stick it in the wall, it won't hook or stay. It literally flips over and hangs there. It was disappointing and strange. I thought I might have done something wrong so my husband used another one so we could hang our picture. I wish I trusted reviews that said they were as good as big brands. I'm not sure if they're angled slightly different or different weights or anything, but they just sit differently in the drywall. They flip over immediately after deployment, then tear a large hole when you try to set them upright again (making them completely useless for most setups). Lots of used. Great not only for hanging pictures but also for checking the walls when hanging things like a TV mount to make sure you are on the shelf without making a big hole in the wall. Also bent one slightly to make a hanger while I work on the ceiling fans; I was able to hang part of the lamp on one of the hooks and it became easier. I bent a few and made hooks for my grill to hang dishes. Many uses.

I'm returning mine. The tail is shorter than well-known branded hooks, so it won't snag on the wall and the hooks will be turned upside down, making them difficult to use. I was able to get them to work better if I used a hammer and nail to make the first hole and then bent the hanger to fit a branded hook. I've used it in several spots around the house and they work just as well as others I've gotten more of in the past.
