As a result of using this product, I found that it mixes protein powders efficiently and doesn't leak. The visible measuring marks on the side are also incredibly convenient. The only downside is that the bottle may be a bit heavy when filled to the brim with liquid. Overall, it's an excellent choice for anyone who wants a sturdy, reliable shaker for on-the-go protein shakes.

Overall no issues but not too insulated. If I put something cold inside, it either gets very cold on the outside or it sweats on impact. The lid fits snugly and is still quite stable.

I've been looking for a metal shaker cup for a long time. I finally broke down and bought one of these, it exceeded my expectations, it's clean, durable and doesn't leak which has been my problem with all the plastic bottles I've had in the past. I liked it so much that I recently bought a second one so I always have one if I leave it in the car or at work. It's also 28 ounces, which I like, fewer trips to fill up during the day.
