I am very sensitive to smells on my hands. I don't like scented soaps or lotions, and I wear gloves when chopping onions because otherwise the smell is permanent. It absolutely works! I usually use a scraper to get the onion out of the food processor and a small garlic press to get the leftovers out of the press, but when I got these I decided to use my hands. I tried to have as much contact with the onions and garlic as possible while preparing dinner.
