This is my third marking gun. I use them twice a year for commission sales, so I don't use them very often, but I have some experience with them. I have been in consignment sales for over 5 years. My other two marking guns have been used on a few sales and both have jammed over time. I bought this as my first marking gun. That works great. As another reviewer said, there are no instructions included. However, I found an instruction video on You Tube and loading the gun is very easy. Maybe 1-2 tags from each batch don't stick to clothes and tags, but that's usually because the needle doesn't penetrate both to the end. Another reviewer mentioned some issues and the need to keep marks when using a pistol, but that doesn't apply to me. Maybe there is a difference in the quality
