Worked for me for exhaust and emissions

2011 Honda CRV always warned about gas cap. I changed the gas caps but that didn't help. Then I got a check engine light with two codes P0497 and P145C. I replaced this part and the light went out and didn't come back for 2 months. My car just passed the emissions. worked for me

Cheap solution to an annoying problem

I took a chance and fixed an intermittent but annoying "check fuel cap" error on my 2011 Honda CR-V. The second part is replaced after the fuel cap. A fairly cheap part, but accessing the bottom bolt for removal is difficult. Attached hoses are quite difficult to remove.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities

  • New competitors are here

Great product and price

My check engine light came on when I verified it was the purge solenoid. The dealer wanted almost 300.00 to replace it. Checked on Revain, found this one ordered. The install time is because Honda decided to bury it under a few other items that require you to remove a few things to get there. It was worth testing the lightweight engine.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Minor issues

I read some forums and there were some suggestions on how to start diagnosing the problem. This is one I ordered and installed, but it still smells faintly of fuel when the heater is on. The smell isn't as strong as it was before this part was installed, but it's still there. I'm starting to think it might be an exhaust leak because it doesn't quite smell like raw fuel. There is
