Chevrolet 1500 truck 1996 Fits perfectly. Hyperbolt removed.

The relay still makes a clicking sound. All is well. My buddy is a bit old, so he appreciates the soft click of the indicator. It took me 30 seconds to swap it out. Ran a couple of LEDs in the turn signals/taillights. Flash rate is consistent and appears to be stock.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Big and bulky

1999 GMC Suburban - Replacement Parts

This solved my turn signal problem (sometimes they worked) on my 1999 GMC Suburban. Nowhere on YouTube does anyone show this simple fix. The first picture is the original turn signal and the second picture is the position (the emergency brake pedal indicates the position). Just remove the old one and replace it with the new one.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Ideal! Fixed hyperbolt with LEDs in 2002 Avalanche.

Perfect fit with no trimming (slightly smaller than stock) and fixed Hyperflash with LED turn signals on the front of a 2002 Chevy Avalanche. This is way better and easier than installing resistors! Sounds about as loud as a standard flash drive, with maybe a little 'clearer' click.

  • Stylish and modern design

Doesn't work properly on my 1997 Suburban.

Works during the day with the daytime running lights on, but now the first time I drive at night with the lights on it doesn't flash at the correct rate but flashes every 3 seconds so I'm now waiting for the rush hour to get around to drive home. Not sure if it's broken but the turn signals worked fine on my Suburban before the LEDs were installed and this is on my SUV.

My hyperflash problem has been fixed!

I rarely write reviews but this saved me a headache. I installed LED lights on my 2001 Tahoe and installed a Hyperflash. Most internet forums talked about a set of built in resistors to cut the wiring and connect the resistors and I just didn't want to do it. I found this for less than $15 and it worked exactly as advertised. So if you have a late 90's early 2000's Chevy or GMC and are trying to troubleshoot a Hyper Flash issue, this product is ideal.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Out of style

This is the correct turn signal module for a 2001 Silverado 1500

Replaced in my 2001 Silverado 1500 to stop excessive flicker after I installed the LED bulbs. I was worried it was the wrong relay but it is for this model and works great. I took some photos of this product, the flasher module that I took out and where it is. You need to remove the top bezel, then unscrew and push out the bottom bezel under the steering wheel. I needed a small flathead screwdriver to pry the latch and remove the original relay. The new one doesn't snap in the same way, but the

Eliminates rapid flashing of lights and electricity

Have you recently upgraded your turn signal bulbs to LED and are you noticing a rapid flash every time you turn on your turn signals? This flasher relay solves this problem. Don't waste time with load resistors, they actually draw more current and render low-power LEDs useless. Plus, you don't have to cut into the factory wiring harness. This relay is connected and working. Warning: I am not personally responsible for any undesirable results as a result of these instructions. This is how I…
