worked on my 2004 Chevy Astro 4.3 Vortec with no seals, came with 2, I compared it to the old one and it was the perfect length, had a misfire code, found the old one was loose due behind a plastic timing chain cover which he put on a loose insert and moved, put in a new one and added a thread repair insert, spiral, with liquid steel and my mechanic friend had to retrain. with his snap on obd2 tool

O-ring issue. The sensor is losing oil. It is the wrong size compared to the original o-ring and you cannot simply replace the o-ring with the one you pulled out. The groove is quite different in size where it doesn't fit. I was concerned about how easily it slipped into the zero resistance block and yes of course it started leaking. The leak is very small, maybe a drop a day, but a leak is a leak. You get what you pay for. Everything else works perfectly electrically.

O-ring snaps and stays in place - no leaks. fits my Astro 2000/4.3 panel van. Code P0335 is not returned. WARNING - You will need to relearn the ANGLE TO ANGLE PROCEDURE if you change this part. This (IIRC) REQUIRES a bi-directional scanner. I don't expect any problems with this device as it fixed the code right away. but things can happen!.
