I installed this switch on a '99 Honda Civic with a D16Y7 engine. The switch fits perfectly and looks just like the original, but it only worked half the time and I was still overheating going through traffic lights etc. I sent it back for a new switch and am of the same opinion Encountered issue, this will work about 10% of the time.
