Not compatible with the Cisco 8811 phone

Although the product is listed as compatible with the Cisco 8811 phone, it is not. I purchased this item and had to return it as it did not work with this phone.

It didn't work at all with my Bose headset

. All connections were correct, everything fit, but there was no sound. I bought a pair of Cisco 531 headphones through CDW. They work perfectly! No luck with this product.

Can't Hear Me in Accessories & Supplies Area

I heard, but they couldn't hear me. It sounded very quiet even though my volume was all the way up. Even when I fully plugged in the headset, I didn't hear anything. Used on an ESI branded landline phone with regular headphones/microphones.
