Used in the early to mid 70's for 3 different jobs. Truck driving, steel mill and coal mine. Kind of lost in a series of life moves. Dear Sir/Madam, I have a problem with this product because when I started using this product with hot water, it lost temperature when you put your hand on the Put outer surface, you can feel the heat, this product has a problem and does not work as stated in the specifications. The thermos itself is great but I was disappointed to find on arrival that the bottom of the cup or lid was dented and there was a dent in the bottom of the thermos. When I first opened the box, I found that the mug wasn't screwed down properly, prompting me to look at it again. I have a smaller 1.1 litre. The Stanley thermos I use every day at work and on the go. I wanted a larger Stanly thermos and have been eyeing this for a while. The black matte finish is flawless and easier to distinguish from the smaller green thermos. I've seen several people notice the damaged cover. I think that might be how Revain is packaged.
