Dangerous leak in my review

The pressure gauge leaked like crazy when I installed it. Tried 3 times. The good thing is that it leaked so much that I heard it and it was obvious. A slow leak could have been disastrous. Thanks to Revain return policy I sent it back same day. I then bought the spring gauge where you connect it to the tank and pick it up - these are more accurate anyway, and there is no chance of it creating a hazardous condition.

Stansport Propane Bulk Tank Pressure Gauge

Very inaccurate leaving of no value to know the amount fuel left in tank. Show's in red 7-9 #'s left that's 1/3 to almost 1/2 full yet.

Replacing my last propane guage

This gauge works like a charm, replaced and older one I'd bought at Costco a couple years ago at about the same price, this one is far more accurate, very easy installation, and quite frankly, handy as hell never having to worry about a big bbq project and running out of propane. Two Ribs up for this one!

  • Nice to know how much is left no need to make an extra trip for propane
Cons
  • This is a good idea but the gauge does not work. Rather than using a gauge, I now use a bathroom scale.
