Stant 12026 Radiator Adapter Vehicles Review

What is this product 6 months ago. I rarely use it, maybe once a month. ATTENTION! I was pressurizing the cooling system of a 2017 Ford F550 when it ruptured. The pressure in the cooling system is 21 PSI. The part is now in two parts and I don't know what to do. Be careful when buying and using this.

I bought this hoping it would work on Volvo trailers as I am a diesel technician who has worked on many Volvos. It's a bit big for that. Of course I shot it in the dark, so I'm not mad about it. It happens to match the Freightliner Semis, so it's useful to me in that sense as well. I took another adapter from the tool cart. It was about the same price.

I bought this adapter to test my 2000 F350 5.4 tank because it kept leaking through the cover. I thought it was the over pressure in the tank and found that the tank had a lot of horrible caps or a bad sealing lip. Be prepared to glue this adapter before use. It flows between metal and plastic. As you can see in the picture I fixed it with RTV. This adapter did not work right out of the box.

They say this is for GM and Ford but it doesn't work on my 1998 Corvette, even the website says it fits my Vette but it's tight maybe the threads are wrong .
