This client is a large company that has many different departments.

At first glance, we had no idea how complex our project was going to turn out. Our company has 3 divisions; 1) Data Science (analytics), 2) Design/Web Development, 3) Print. Each division uses various tools to complete its daily tasks. It took a little while for us to get comfortable with the idea of having multiple clients on a single website. However, we felt that with Staple Media Labs' involvement, we would be able to automate most processes that were common across all divisions. We knew…

Pros
  • It gave us a clear view of what was being produced for each client.
  • It's not overly complex, but provides the users with plenty of information about what's happening.
  • It's built specifically for business, giving them a real advantage over other options.
Cons
  • The production team doesn't always understand why certain features need to be implemented until the software is released.
