Review on Staple Media Labs by Jon Joung
This client is a large company that has many different departments.
At first glance, we had no idea how complex our project was going to turn out. Our company has 3 divisions; 1) Data Science (analytics), 2) Design/Web Development, 3) Print. Each division uses various tools to complete its daily tasks. It took a little while for us to get comfortable with the idea of having multiple clients on a single website. However, we felt that with Staple Media Labs' involvement, we would be able to automate most processes that were common across all divisions. We knew that the people who worked with us were experts and that their work would be accurate and reliable. We're happy with the level of professionalism we've received so far.
Pros
- It gave us a clear view of what was being produced for each client.
- It's not overly complex, but provides the users with plenty of information about what's happening.
- It's built specifically for business, giving them a real advantage over other options.
Cons
- The production team doesn't always understand why certain features need to be implemented until the software is released.
