Staples Slim Jewel Cases 50 Review

Price was good but overall 1/5 were broken. The original packaging was damaged and wrapped in thicker plastic and left a bit loose. The upholstery was also damaged. The shipping carton was undamaged and the damaged areas of the packaging were covered with bubble wrap so this package was undamaged; it must have existed before. I returned them for a refund.

It was sent by Revain and I bought the last 2 of them. About 20-30 of the 100 buildings were destroyed. 2 were torn, the remaining 30 were missing the tabs holding the front of the fuselage to the rear. They refunded them to me but for the price I bought them for I couldn't get more. So ask them to pack them better. They didn't mark the fragility on the packaging and didn't put anything inside to protect it from breakage. I only gave 2 stars because the others were ok.

The outer mailbox was in perfect condition when the package was received. However, this cannot be said for cases. I needed this item urgently so I had to open it and use it to fulfill an order for a DVD that I had a contract for. Again, there was no time to return or replace this order, but it forced me to use faulty materials to fulfill my obligation to other people. I am very disappointed with the cases received that they were not all in perfect condition when received.
