This is a strong fastener that resists rust well. They match the quality. The thread design minimizes cracks in the wood. I have relied on them for many years. Not so long ago they were much cheaper. I probably would never have tried them if the price had been as high as they are now.

I ordered these to mount my 5" heavy duty casters to my 6ft wood bench with probably +250#. They worked great and since the threads are more aggressive than any other bolt I found I could use 1/4" lugs instead of the larger 5/16" lugs. I will use them for any project where I need a heavy duty rock anchor.

I bought these in addition to the same screws I bought a few weeks ago. Both products are said to be the same bronze color, but the first purchase was actually bronze and the second purchase was green rather than bronze. I can't use them with others, which I had to do. Desperate for more screws to fit, I bought from Revain again, this time a box of more. Green again, although it says "Bronze" on the box. I bought again, this time a different length screw to find the right color. The same green.
