Great product and service paired together

The integration with Salesforce is great! It's easy for our team members who are not techies at all (but would like access) but also have full visibility of what we're doing in sales force from any device or location is very helpful when working remotely. I wish there was more customization available than just choosing which fields you want pulled out vs added back. We've been able to use it as both my own personal CRM AND work/project management tool within SFDC so that has helped us be…
