Works great on Dell OptiPlex 9020

Bought to have a desktop USB port for easy connection. Went with USB 3.0 version for future use. The front of the desktop (Dell Optiplex 9020, Win7Prox64) is right next to my foot and I was afraid I would hit the SanDisk Cruzer flash drive and break it off. First, the build quality seems very good, it's not that big and unobtrusive on the table. .It is weighted and lays flat on the table. The SanDisk Cruzer and WD Passport cable fits very easily and has little slack, no tightness issues…

The 3.0 port is NOT too narrow. StarTech marks can be removed with acetone.

I bought Flavor 3.0. The port is NOT sealed. Just in case I got tight, I also bought a QIBOX 90-degree USB 3.0 adapter plug that I could leave permanently connected to the StarTech device. The right angle plug is oriented with its socket pointing directly into the StarTech device, allowing for easy access to my flash drive and making it easy to see the USB connector orientation from the female side. But again, the StarTech fork is loose, so I threw the angled fork in a desk drawer just in case…
