Big problem with a simple answer

I bought a high performance graphics card that only had DVI connectors. I bought a large monitor that only had HDMI ports. There was a quick and easy fix and I'm happy with the video quality.

This adapter fits older DVI connectors that convert to HDMI

The StarTech adapter fits my old DVI-D cable and converts it to an HDMI connection. I was able to use my old computer monitor on a new Apple MacBook. I am happy with this purchase.

Exactly what I needed. Works perfectly.

This adapter works great. In my case I use it as part of a KVM switch with a USB/DVI combo cable. In order not to lay a second cable (DVI/HDMI), I bought this adapter. On my laptop, the HDMI and USB ports are too close together to connect.
