My wife loves this jacket. It's good stuff and appears to be well made. This is a heavier style of jacket than we thought it would be, but it's a good layer of protection. good surprise

Slight stretch in armpits/shoulders and not tight. I can raise my arms and hug someone without feeling like the jacket is about to tear. The little one fits perfectly. Not too tight or loose.

Doesn't fit my hips. It was also very rough on my neck where the collar was rubbing. The whole thing looked like a hard plastic bag. Very uncomfortable. Gave.

Order does not match. I asked for XL, got a large. Their sizing recommendations are less helpful as their sizes are not for American women. Before ordering, please refer to your size, not their recommendation.

With soft shell jackets, this is the tough side. However, it is very durable, very well made. I've looked at all the stitching and overall construction and I think this will last me a few years. The sleeves are a little long, but it's okay if they're rolled up a little. All in all a fantastic purchase (only one star deducted for not being soft or particularly agile/flexible for active activities).

Bought this jacket on a Revain sale for only $10. The zippered pockets caught my attention. I bought the small size because I wasn't too sure about the fit and it worked perfectly for me. I can wear xs in northface but this little started brand fits just as well. Also, the small Costco size is mostly too big for me, it's not the small Costco size.
