I liked it at first but I thought it was cheap or crappy so I didn't buy it. I looked again and decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. =) Live looks way cooler and lights flow on the tongue! Although the noise is loud and repetitive, there's no tone control. Rzhunimagu! So be careful as soon as you put the batteries in and turn it on. We love it.

This was a great toy and a great gift for a dinosaur loving 3 year old grandson. I had to scratch the battery contacts a bit with a pocket knife, which is not uncommon, but one day it worked exactly as advertised, roaring wildly, glowing brightly, roaring and running on its own like a champ. Grandson liked it very much! Didn't like the remote control because it's not usable and there's no volume control, but it works well.

Unfortunately didn't work at all. Batteries plugged in, absolutely nothing. I bought this as a Christmas present and when it was opened the trade-in period had expired. OK. I don't usually mind loud toys. My kids have a few musical instruments that they play all day and all sorts of regular electronic noise cancellers. But that's the worst. It simply plays its low, growling sound on an endless, unchanging loop. We bought this dinosaur for our 2 year old son for Christmas.
