Own cable? fits headsets

Yes, you read the title correctly; a cable that if lost/damaged/broken will send you on a witch hunt through worlds you thought didn't even exist in your mind. Steelseries decided it was an ethical business idea to create a weird USB cable, a descendant of USB-Micro and USB-Mini. As a result, you won't find it anywhere, not even on the Steelseries website; because SOLD. ($10 for cable, $10 more for shipping the cable) The only reasonable conclusion I've come to is that Steelseries wanted to…

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • Available in white only

Wow! I'm amazed!

For a headset under $100 I couldn't believe what I was hearing from this little guy! The sound is great for all genres, a bit music-heavy unless that's what you're into. The ear cushions are like memory foam and incredibly comfortable. I was a big fan of the Hyper X Cloud II and I'd say it's pretty much the same headset in many ways, but the airflow is better. The quality seems cheap, like a $20 headset, but it can't be perfect. If it had solid premium construction it would be perfect! Must…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Quality

This headset will hurt your ears and head after a few hours of use So you're getting the reverberation over VoIP, making using push-to-talk imperative. For nearly $60 and a brand name, you'd expect some of the best ear pads to also solve the problem of noise getting into the mic. Overall, this headset falls short in comfort and functionality with a premium price tag.

Pros
  • Not just useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Appearance

Good price/fit/comfort

I bought the Arctis 1 for my son who is into gaming and I didn't want to overdo it with his headset (I'm a gamer and have more expensive gear but didn't have one the intention to force the start with it!). I was very surprised by Arctis 1. It is very comfortable and light. The headband padding is quite good and fits both my and my son's head (12 years old). He really likes the detachable mic (personally I don't care as I only use it for gaming but he likes that he can plug it into different…

Gamer's Dream: Headsets

This wireless gaming headset is awesome! At first, when I put them on for the first time, it was very strange. I thought wt. it's not going to feel comfortable in any way. Then after 10 minutes I completely forgot they were even on my head. I walked around the house, taking bathroom breaks, getting food and drinks, still connected and able to hear what was going on in game. I played CS:GO and Guild Wars 2 with them, two completely different games. The sound is clear, in CS:GO you can hear…
